Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
The short version. Everything you set in a maker stays in your browser and is never sent to us. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and the site stores nothing on your device beyond what your browser caches. Ads on this site come from Google, which may use cookies; you can control that. One labelled box promotes StudyLah, a tuition service.
Who we are
This policy covers the website My Graph Paper at mygraphpaper.app (“we”, “us”, “the site”). You can reach us at hello@mygraphpaper.app.
What we do not collect
We do not collect, receive or store your settings, your downloads, your name, email address or any account details. Every sheet is drawn inside your browser, and the PNG, SVG and PDF files are made on your device.
Share links
As you change a maker’s settings, it keeps them in the page address after a # sign, for example /#spacing=5&unit=mm, so
you can bookmark or share the sheet. Browsers do not send the part after the # to any server. Scripts on the page, including ad
scripts, can read the address, and anyone you share the link with sees the settings in it.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies of our own. The only thing we store on your device is the Pack Builder’s unlock after a purchase (see below). Our advertising partner, Google, may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as device identifiers or local storage) when ads are shown, as described below.
Advertising: Google AdSense
The site is paid for by ads served by Google AdSense. This is how that works:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google’s ad settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at youronlinechoices.eu or aboutads.info.
- Visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google consent message before personalised ads are shown, and can change their choice later.
- Where your local law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted ads, you can use the choices above, and your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal where it is supported.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com. Ads are never placed inside a maker or its sheet, and none are shown in print. Apart from Google’s ads, the StudyLah box below and Stripe for payments, there are no other partners; if we add one, we will name it here first.
The StudyLah promotion
Maker and guide pages carry one labelled box for StudyLah, a tuition service for students in Singapore, placed after the maker and the guide. It loads no tracking code. Its link adds a short tag to the address (utm_source=mygraphpaper, and which page you came from) so StudyLah can count how many visitors came from here. The tag holds no personal data. Once you are on StudyLah’s site, its own privacy policy applies.
Buying the Pack Builder (Stripe)
If you buy the Pack Builder, the payment happens on Stripe’s own page. Stripe collects your email address and card details there under Stripe’s privacy policy; we never see your card. The only thing our site sends to Stripe is the product; your pack and its header stay in your browser. Your receipt comes from Stripe. We keep no customer list. After paying, the unlock is kept in this browser’s storage (localStorage) so the tool opens without asking again; clearing site data removes it, and the receipt link puts it back.
Analytics
We may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us totals such as page views, popular pages, the kind of device and browser, the referring site and the country. Cloudflare states that this tool does not use cookies or local storage and does not track individuals across sites.
We also count which of our main buttons and which links to other websites are clicked, without cookies. Each count records only the page, what was clicked and when, never who you are, your IP address or your device.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Children
The site is meant for students, parents, teachers and anyone who needs a printed sheet. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, and to object to some uses of it. Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to hand over or delete. For advertising data, use Google’s controls above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
